Sisters Quran Meet-Up will join us at Holy Ground for a specially curated afternoon. The meet-up will be opened with tea and sharing and then Holy Ground's creator, Lisa Schultz, will lead everyone into a 45 minute breathwork session specifically designed to balance dis-regulated nervous systems and ease grief stemming from the genocide happening in Palestine.  Sharing about The Peace Project's work in Palestine and a light Mediterranean lunch will follow the session.

No need to bring mats or blankets -- everything is provided.
