Wednesdays at 3pm: Community Breathwork

Every Wednesday at 3pm, we invite our local community to come together and breathe with us. Holy Ground's creator, Lisa Schultz, will lead a 45 minute breathwork session with music, sounds and healing touch.  The space will then be opened up for sharing and tea.

This class is intended for everyone regardless of housing status, financial status or fitness level. Signing up in advance is preferred -- you may also show up and make a modest donation of $1-$15 on-site. No need to bring mats or blankets -- everything is provided.
