Tuesdays at 6:15pm: Breathwork, Reiki & Aromatherapy

Every Tuesday at 6:15pm, we'll gather for a session of breathwork, reiki, aromatherapy, and community in Holy Ground's new healing and gathering space.

The session is crafted to help release tension, set intentions for the coming week, bring in love, joy, abundance & flow, release frustration, anger, and resentment and raise your vibration.

Breathwork is an active meditation that involves taking control of our breath and using various breathing patterns to shift our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Practicing breathwork on a regular basis can lower your blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels by up to 20%!  It also helps to balance your nervous system, reduce anxiety and improve sleep.

Lisa Schultz, a trauma informed Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Practitioner, will begin with some movement and/or a centering meditation before leading 45 minutes of breathwork complemented by reiki and aromatherapy. Tea, sharing and gathering in community will be offered at the conclusion of the session. 

We've set different ticket price levels in hopes of making it accessible to most (we ask that you pay what you can), but everyone is welcome regardless of available funds (help is especially welcomed in lieu of payment).  Space is limited to 10 participants so we suggest either purchasing a ticket here or reaching out via email to weare@holyground.us with a subject line of We Breathe on Tuesdays if you'd like to help with set-up in exchange for participation.  You may also walk-in and pay on-site unless it’s noted that session is sold out. No need to bring confirmation of ticket purchase or mats or blanket -- everything is provided.  Drop ins are welcomed.

**PLEASE NOTE:  Tickets purchased from Wednesday through the following Tuesday will be for that Tuesday. Tickets will reset immediately following session.**

Parking is available on Adams Blvd., as well as on Rimpau and Harcourt which are adjacent.
