Pick up the pen. We all carry stories about who we are. Some are written by us. Others are shaped by expectations, assumptions, labels, and outside perceptions. In Your Own Words is a guided journaling and poetry workshop for women to reconnect with their voices, challenge outside narratives, and tell their stories on their own terms. โจ
Through guided reflection and creative exercises, youโll explore your authentic voice and learn the foundations of poetic expression with an MFA trained, published poet. No poetry experience is needed. Come ready to reflect, write, connect, and create something that feels authentically you. ๐ซถ๐พ
