Each Sunday Evening, we invite you to join us in community at Holy Ground and end the week with a restorative sound bath led by some of Los Angeles’ favorite sound healers.

Michelle Allaire of The Heart of Shambhala will lead this Sunday's experience. We'll begin in circle with ceremonial cacao and sharing before you're invited to lay down and get comfortable as Michelle creates a soundbath intended to balance your nervous system, deepen your breath, relax your mind and calm your heart.

Included in Sunday's soundscape will be Crystal Singing and Tibetan Tara Bowls, Space Flow and Koshi Chimes, an Ocean Drum, the Standing Gong and other sound instruments.

If possible, please bring a mat, blanket and anything you'd like to be comfortable.  Extras will be available.
