Release and Receive is a Beginning of the Year Ceremony, inviting you to celebrate your wins from 2025, name and let go of limiting beliefs and habits that are preventing you from manifesting what you truly desire in your life, as well as actively open yourself up to receive love, community, abundance and joy.

We'll begin in a safe circle with heart-opening cacao, sharing and celebrating our wins from 2025 and using guided reflection and journaling to begin to let go of what doesn't serve us. A 30 minute guided breathwork practice by Holy Ground's founder, Lisa Schultz follows, inviting you to gently drop into your body, using breath to release and open yourself to receive.

Drea Marrero will then seal the session with a 30 minute soundbath -- inviting you to relax deeply and integrate -- allowing you to step gently into the new year with a clear mind and open heart.

Please bring a journal and yoga mat, plus a pillow if you'd like. We'll have extra mats plus blankets.
