This Sunday, join us in community at Holy Ground for a restorative sound bath.

Michelle Allaire with The Heart of Shambhala will lead this Sunday's experience beginning with a heart-opening cacao ceremony before you lay down for a beautiful serenade of Crystal Singing and Tibetan Tara Bowls, Space Flow and Kochi Chimes, and an Ocean Drum. 

In the chaos of today's world, this sound bath is intended to balance your nervous system, and help to instill a feeling of safety.  Arrive as you are and allow the space and sound to support and calm you.

If possible, please bring a mat, blanket and anything you'd like to be comfortable.  Extras will be available. Come early to mingle.  Space is limited.
