On the 3rd Sunday of Every Month, we invite you to join us in community at Holy Ground for a restorative sound bath led by some of Los Angeles’ most beloved sound healers.

This Sunday AnAkA will grace Holy Ground with an Angel Sound Bath.  This is a gentle sound experience designed to calm the nervous system and open space for rest, clarity, and inner listening. Using layered vocal tones, chimes, buffalo drum, and singing bowls, the sound moves through the body to release tension and soften emotional and energetic holding. This experience will support deep relaxation, intuitive connection to your Higher Self, and integration during times of transition or healing. This is a receptive, lying-down practice. You’re invited to arrive as you are and let the sound carry you.

AnAkA is an evolution doula, Angel Music sound practitioner, herbal physician and Ifá awo who supports people through transformation, transition, and remembrance. Their work blends sound, ceremony, ancestral wisdom, and intuitive guidance to restore balance in the body, mind, and spirit. AnAkA creates spaces for deep listening, release, and reconnection to one’s inner knowing.

If possible, please bring a mat, blanket and anything you'd like to be comfortable.  Extras will be available.
