Ticket Price includes Yoga Sessions & Soundbath, Freeform Journaling, Ear Seeds from 1-2:30pm, and Food & Drink all day. The 2pm Tincture Workshop is in addition to the ticket price and can be purchased in advance or at the event.
Alternately, you may purchase individual Yoga Sessions, the Tincture Workshop and the Soundbath without purchasing an all day ticket (food is not included).

Noon -- 1pm ~~ Yin Yoga (Anaka)
5pm -- 6pm ~~ Sound Bath (Christina Issa)
GARDEN STUDIO SCHEDULE
1pm -- 2pm ~~ Tincture Workshop (mix your own tincture & take it home), $20
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS
1-2pm: Ear Seeds, Complimentary
1-5pm: Healing Touch to restore ease and balance, $30 for 30 min session (Andrea)

Within our beautiful, healing studio, our garden studio and outside on our back patio, we’ll gather to celebrate life, community, and connection. This is a time to rest, be in gratitude for all your blessings, let go of all the stress and frustration of our world, and experience care and attention with like-minded folks in the local community.
