In times of polycrisis, most of us are carrying more than we can hold, with nowhere to put it. Art Alchemy is an evening to give it form.

We begin with bilateral drawing: both hands, one dot, moving outward to a live set by DJ HoneyBun (@harrysangbui). The rhythm gives your attention somewhere to rest, so you can stay in your body instead of your thoughts. Then we slow down with neurographic art, softening the sharp edges of what we made and filling it with color. We close lying down, in a sound bath.

You don't need to be an artist. You don't need to share anything. Come to move a feeling through you, or simply to be present in creation.
