Every Sunday at 11am

Sundays are a time to slow down and reset for the coming week, so join us at Holy Ground at 11am and give yourself this hour to come back to yourself.  Yoga Instructor Kiki Cole will open with a grounding meditation before warming up the body with active stretches and dynamic postures before moving into some restorative poses and an extended shavasana.  Breathe deep and join us in community every Sunday.

This class is open to yogis of all levels including beginners.  Please bring your own mat. Classes are $16 in advance. Drop-ins are welcomed at $21.

NOTE:  Tickets purchased from Monday through the following Sunday will be for that Tuesday evening. Tickets will reset immediately following session.
