This immersive introduction to Ayurveda, guided by renowned Ayurvedic healer Sheila Govindarajan, is a sensorial journey, exploring the doshas, five elements, and ancient principles that illuminate our relationship with ourselves, nature, and the seasons. Moving beyond intellectual learning, participants will awaken the senses through Rasa Veda’s apothecary of herbs, oils, and botanicals, while experiencing a nourishing adaptogenic tonic.
The journey closes with live music and sound, creating space to integrate, settle, and experience Ayurveda as embodied wisdom.
