As we come up on the 3rd anniversary of Israel's genocide in Gaza, we invite you to join us in community at Holy Ground to share your sorrow, your stories, and your hopes for the future.  We'll begin with heart-opening cacao before moving into 30 minutes of breathwork and sound and then will open the circle up for sharing. 

Bring your grief, your rage, your disbelief and everything else you've been carrying...this is a chance to lay it down and be listened to and lifted up by the community.  We'll be creating an alter and invite you to bring any items to include.

No need to bring confirmation or mats or blanket -- everything is provided.  Please RSVP as space is very limited.  

We'll be accepting donations on-site for mental health support in Gaza through The Sameer Project.
